Third meeting of the ChinGram project

in the birthplace of Chinese language teaching in Europe

Lene Sønderby Bech and Zhang Chun from our China Studies program met for the third time with Chinese teachers from other European universities to continue discussions on the ChinGram project, which aims to construct a database of Chinese grammar available in six European languages.

This meeting was held in Naples, where Chinese first began to be taught in Europe some 300 years ago, and featured a special guest, as John Pasden, the man behind Chinese Grammar Wiki, shared his experience with developing one of the most successful online platforms for teaching Chinese.

The ChinGram project is sponsored by Erasmus + cooperative, co-funded by the European Union.
