Guest Lecture

From Riga Technical University

On September 25, we had the pleasure of welcoming Alīna Nidagundi from Riga Technical University.  Alina presented her thought-provoking lecture titled “Indian-Origin Writers in Europe: cultural hybridity and quest for identity” to our academic audience.

The lecture shed light on the rich and diverse literary contributions of Indian-origin writers in Europe, identifying the complexities of diasporic experiences, cultural hybridity, and the quest for identity reflected in literature from the Indian diaspora in various European countries.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to her for sharing her expertise and enriching our understanding of this literary world.
